Place your order via our website or over the phone, we’re more than happy to assist. Order cut-off time for same-day dispatch/pick up is 9am Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 9am will be processed the following business day. To ensure of rural
delivery, please order Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday only by 9am.

Delivery Information
The overnight delivery services to North Island urban areas are provided by NZ Courier. Rural delivery is a 24-72 hour service and rural addresses are determined by courier agents. If rural delivery is selected, please be aware the responsibility for the delivery lies with the receiver and not the sender. Please note that all delivery times are
under standard conditions.
Product Weights & Packaging
Orders of fresh fish or loose seafood are packed to the nearest weight requested. If you have a specific request, please let us know by either leaving a message or contacting us
directly.
Each order is picked, processed by hand and packaged with gel ice packs into an insulated polystyrene box and protected with an outer bag.
This packaging process with great success for delivering frozen and live products, however we cannot guarantee that it will remain frozen, if goods still have ice crystals these are safe to refreeze if not please refrigerate and consume within 3 days. All live
products leave us alive, but cannot guarantee that it will arrive alive due to the delivery time and some lives are stronger than others.
